Morley Eagles Baseball Club is a proud community baseball club providing junior players with the opportunity to learn, develop and enjoy the game of baseball in a supportive team environment. From first-time players picking up a glove to experienced juniors looking to develop their skills, Morley Eagles welcomes players of all abilities.

Our focus is on:

·        Developing fundamental baseball skills

·        Encouraging teamwork, respect and sportsmanship

·        Building confidence both on and off the field

·        Creating a positive and enjoyable experience for players and families

Morley Eagles operates under the guidance and framework of Baseball WA, ensuring our junior programs follow recognised player development pathways and provide opportunities for players to progress through the different levels of baseball.

Juniors

  • Little League

    For many children, Little league is their first experience with organised sports, and its goal is to help kids learn and enjoy baseball regardless of their skill level. A typical Little League game has 9 players on the field per team with games that last 6 innings or 1.5 hours.

    League Ages - 9, 10, 11 & 12

    Intermediate League

    Intermediate League is focused on developing well-rounded baseballers while continuing to build the fundamentals of hitting, pitching, fielding, base running and game strategy.

    Players are encouraged to take greater responsibility on the field, work as a team and develop the skills and mindset needed to progress through the junior pathway.

    League Age 13

  • Junior League

    Junior League provided players with the opportunity to further develop their hitting, pitching, fielding, base running and tactical understanding.

    Players are encouraged to take greater ownership of their performance support their teammates and develop the discipline and resilience required to compete at higher levels.

    League Age 14

    Senior League

    Senior League provides players with the opportunity to continue developing their hitting, pitching, and tactical skills while playing in a more competitive environment.

    Players are expected to take greater responsibility for their preparation, performance and contribution to the team.

    League Age 15 & 16

    Big League

    Big League is where developing players make the transition into senior baseball and compete alongside experienced senior players. It provides an opportunity for young athletes to test themselves in a senior environment while continuing to develop their skills, confidence and understanding of the game.

    Players are expected to take greater ownership of their preparation and performance, contribute to the team and embrace the standards, responsibility and competitiveness that comes with senior baseball.

    League Age 17, 18, 19 & 20

  • MEBC - Diamond Locations

    Please take care when parking around the diamonds, as foul balls can leave the playing area. Park at your own risk and keep an eye out for balls while moving around the car park and general areas.
